++ WHAT IS IT?

An intimate and online space offering women a place to explore doing something different with a radical approach to yoga.

A free community for those experiencing pain and/or anxious thoughts to connect and engage, to receive exclusive content on both breath and movement practices that will not be shared on my main social media platforms.

A chance to develop an embodied relationship with yourself, your body and your mind through short and simple, step by step practices.

++ WHO IS IT FOR?

Maybe you have physical pain and you are unable to perform the things you want to do in life.

Maybe you find yourself stuck in a cycle of anxious thinking that you can not escape from.

Maybe you are simply starting to wonder if perhaps there is another way to be.

Either way you are here because you are ready to dive deep into breath and movement as a means to get curious about what is possible.

 

++ WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN EASE & CALM?

Are you aware of the things that cause your body to brace, do you notice when you tense up and your muscles contract? Are you aware of the thoughts that creep into the head that cause your breath to change, your heart to pound?.

Very simply are you aware of your conditioned bodily responses and thought patterns when you are under stress?

Instead of falling back on old ingrained habits would you like to learn to tap into a greater sense of pleasure and joy in your body?

Would you like to learn what it feels like to let go of tension at the same time as to feel a sense of aliveness within you?

You see my purpose of this group is to offer up to you all ways to move your body and to breathe without the need to conform to any set of rules, to invite you to join me in a practice where embodiment and aliveness take precedence over form and alignment.

I am committed to the creation of a safe space where breath and movement is the gateway into vulnerability as the currency for expression and feeling.

The Ease & Calm community will offer you a way to do this work alongside other women; knowing that you are not alone will allow you to feel empowered over your choices and less alone in the ways that you feel.

++ WHAT WILL YOU RECEIVE?

Throughout the week I will release a combination of recorded short practices and audios as well as longer live practices.

They will be available only to members of the online group and will not be shared across my other social media platforms.

These practices will be based on all that I have learned in my 20 years of experience as a yoga practitioner first and foremost but also as a teacher, therapist and reembody apprentice and they will be offered to you as a process of self enquiry.

This content will be FREE to access and you will be able to use the practices at any time of day.

++ HOW TO JOIN?

Joining is super simple, all you will need to do is head on over the to the online facebook group here and ask to join. You will then be asked to answer three short questions, complete those and then you are in.

Everyone is welcome, at whatever stage you are in life I believe there will be something for you.
