INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY

Did you know that there are more parts of your brain devoted to movement than language?

This means that you experience everything in the body.

Love, joy, happiness, sadness, pain, fear, grief & more; you experience in your body.

How you respond, how you react, that will depend on your nervous system & your capacity to be with what you feel.

So instead of focusing on what it looks like, make the goal of your practice to get really adept at being in your body.

The more you allow yourself to feel your body, the more you allow yourself to notice what you feel. The more you allow yourself to notice what you feel, the more space & capacity you can give to your feelings, without getting overwhelmed.

A body that is able to react & respond intuitively to your needs is a body that knows itself.
