I am an experienced yoga & somatic therapist with over 13 years’ experience of teaching breath & movement. Many disciplines inform my work, which focuses on a practice of slow exploratory & mindful movement as a way to build a greater sense of mental, emotional and physical awareness.
I work with individuals who are seeking to find a more easeful relationship with their body; those who are in pain, those who are feeling disconnected and those who simply wish to cultivate an attitude of curiosity and compassion towards themselves.
