I am an experienced Yoga and Somatic Movement Therapist, with over 13 years’ experience teaching breath & movement. Many disciplines inform my work, which focuses on a practice of slow exploratory & mindful movement as a way to build a greater sense of mental, emotional and physical awareness.
Yoga and Somatic Movement Therapy offers a unique and empowering approach to your health and well-being by harnessing the ancient wisdom of yoga in a modern context.
It can provide you with the tools to take an active role in your healing journey, promoting harmony and balance in all aspects of your life.
HOW TO WORK WITH ME
1-2-1 APPOINTMENTS AND GROUP CLASSES
All 1-2-1 yoga & somatic movement therapy sessions are 75 minutes long and held in the beautiful and fully equipped studio in the Osteopathic Centre, Hong Kong.
I also offer semi-private group classes on
Monday & Wednesday 12 - 1pm - Stretch & Mobility
Wednesday 6 - 7pm - Breath Work
FOUNDATIONS OF YOGA
an 8 week programme for yoga beginners and improvers.
It offers you the chance to build the foundations of a yoga practice by learning how to listen to your body & practice in way that honours your unique physical structure.
