BUILD A SELF PRACTICE - Day 5

It’s Friday! How are you?

I hope you are being kind to yourself? I hope no one is sitting in a shame pile because they’ve not got onto a mat or because they started this but it kind of got lost in life. Remember every day is a new day. Every new day contains potential & opportunity. Just be kind to yourself. It’s ok. You can always start again. Just breathe. Some days it’s enough.

Today my message for you all is short & sweet

This is your practice:-

~ Check in with the weather (day 3 audio link)


~ Then explore the following options


--->>> Repeat yesterdays practice
--->>> Explore another shape or movement pattern
--->>> Do both ie start to link up practices in accordance to your needs
--->>> Do something completely different

So much possibility. My advice though is keep it simple. There’s a depth to simplicity that has layers of potential.

For your added benefit I have thrown in a small video for you - it is sped up x4 so you have to imagine it super slow. However, what is important to point out that what to me feels energising or stabilising may feel totally different to someone else, to a different body. It is only my interpretation. You are free to explore your own practice, in fact I highly recommend it.
